Shipping and Refund Policy
We don't offer refunds on our products once orders have been placed. If a change of address is needed please contact us immediately and if the order has not been shipped we will amend the address. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged on arrival, please supply photos and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you so much for supporting us!
Postage normally takes 3-5 working days, depending on where you are located. If requested we can also send your package by Express Post, which has a charge of $15.00. Express Post can take up to 1-3 working days. You will be able to choose your shipping option at checkout. Please note, once shipped, we do not take responsibility for any lost, damaged or late deliveries.
